4/10
The room was clean, the staff were accommodating, and the area was convenient, but it was very noisy and there was no hot water. On checkout day, staff kept pushing me to leave a very positive comment. The pictures on booking.com also don't match what you find there. For a quick stay alone in New Delhi, it may be fine. I'd look elsewhere for somewhere cozy or for a family trip.

I had a completely negative experience. There was a tobacco spit mark on the room wall, and the blanket looked used, with stains, and didn't seem sanitized. The service was poor too. They don't tell you about things in advance, then charge extra at the end. Please be careful booking here.

The room was dirty, employees were rude, and there was no cooperation. They didn't tell me beforehand about extra payments or other things. A very bad experience. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 1/5

The rooms are clean and tidy, though a bit dated, and the showers are good. You have to call to get the hot water turned on. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and overall I'd recommend staying here.
