Hotel B Continental

The owner responded unprofessionally. I was turned away at check-in because they said local IDs weren’t allowed, even though the hotel policy and property rules said the opposite.

The atmosphere was unpleasant, the service bad, and the food terrible. An extremely poor hotel.

Food was a letdown because there’s no in-house restaurant, something that wasn’t mentioned when I booked. Instead, guests are given an in-room menu for outsourced food, but 90% of the items listed weren’t available, and what could be ordered was very expensive. The hotel is on a congested, noisy street with a dirty, poorly maintained road, which made coming and going unpleasant. Bathrooms were unhygienic, and the old taps and commode were barely functional and badly need replacing. This stay wasn’t worth the cost. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere and hope management addresses these issues promptly.

The room was dirty, poorly maintained, nothing like what had been promised, and missing basic amenities. The booking was under Ankur Tourism travel agency. Staff, especially Shalu, were rude and unprofessional. She promised one thing and delivered something completely different, then responded to my concerns with arrogance and no accountability. There was no hospitality or customer service. It felt like they took the money and offered the bare minimum. This completely ruined my trip. I strongly advise staying away.
