Hotel C Park

The owner was very cooperative, and the kitchen and room service staff were good and well behaved. They even served tea and coffee at 12 A. M.& 5 A. M. The rooms were clean, and I enjoyed my stay. It's close to karol bagh market, and everyone must stay here.

I arrived exhausted after hours of travel with a confirmed, prepaid booking, but Hotel C Park, Karol Bagh refused to give me a room. The receptionist didn't check properly and spoke in an arrogant, dismissive, and shockingly rude way that felt intended to humiliate me. No one took responsibility or tried to solve the problem, and I was left stranded after paying. The treatment was disgusting, with no professionalism, discipline, or basic decency. This ruined my day, and the whole experience was a complete disappointment. I would never recommend this hotel. Save yourself the stress and look at the better, more professional places in the area.

After travelling to Hotel C Park, Karol Bagh with a confirmed booking I'd already paid for online, I was told no room could be given. The reception staff member was rude and unprofessional, with no proper explanation, apology, attempt to resolve it, or alternative offered. It felt as though customer concerns didn't matter. Taking advance payment and then refusing accommodation was unacceptable, and the way it was handled left me stressed and mentally exhausted. Based on this experience, I'd advise people to think twice before booking. There are better options nearby that value their guests and behave professionally.

I've been coming here for 12 years and have stayed with my family more than 25 times. The owner, rithik ji, is very polite. This is a wonderful property, so please ignore the negative reviews made by nearby competitors.
