I left at 5:00 AM after three uncomfortable days, then got a call around 12:30 PM asking me to check out. That says a lot about the staff’s communication and management. Across the stay, staff were unresponsive to feedback, ignored issues, and showed little sense of responsibility or care. The room was dirty and smelled foul, with dust in every corner. Bedsheets and pillow covers looked as if they hadn’t been washed in a long time. Nobody cleaned the room during those three days, even though I told staff multiple times. The toilet leaked, taps barely worked because of very low water pressure, and old electrical fittings felt unsafe. There was no hot or warm water throughout the day. When I asked in the evening, staff said casually that the boiler only worked in the morning. For the tariff, I expected at least a clean room and basic amenities, but this was nowhere near the price. Other hotels in the same budget offer better cleanliness, comfort, and service. I don’t recommend this place. The experience was genuinely bad, and guests should be ready to compromise on hygiene, comfort, and service.

For the price, this was completely unsatisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable stay. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the washroom was unhygienic, and basic maintenance was lacking, so I didn’t feel safe or comfortable there. The hospitality was poor too. Staff weren’t welcoming or respectful, and seemed careless and inattentive to guests’ needs. The overall service was very low quality.

The room was already occupied when they assigned it to me, and there was no door lock or key for security. The lift was shaky and unreliable. The location also didn’t match what MMT showed, which wasted my time, and customer care kept calling even though I hadn’t made a complaint. It felt creepy. Inside the room, moisture left everything damp and moldy. The flush barely worked, the bathroom stayed wet and slippery, the shower didn’t work properly, and the faucet was useless. Mosquitoes were everywhere, making it impossible to sleep or relax. The bedsheets smelled bad, and the towels were worthless rags. Reception staff gave unhelpful, improper answers to every question and showed no professionalism. This place was a disaster from start to finish, a total rip-off. Zero stars if I could. Stay away.

I stayed for 20 days while working in the office, and the staff treated me very sweetly. They were helpful throughout. Special mention to dipanshu, vipin, and amar for five-star service 🌸

Avdesh took care of our conference and made sure the service and hospitality were up to standard. The place was clean and quiet, and the staff were humble and polite. Really appreciated the warm welcome.
