Hotel Grace at Karol Bagh

The staff made an excellent impression, and transport was convenient with a metro station nearby. The area was clean, the food was delicious, and the price was average. A great place to stay.

This was the worst hotel in my travel history. We had booked a classic room two days ahead, but on arrival the receptionist said none were available and insisted we upgrade to a deluxe room for extra money. Even after paying, we waited five hours before checking in. The room they called deluxe wasn't even good enough as a classic, and both the staff and service were horrible. We're uploading pictures, please take a look. Don't book here, even by mistake. Poor to poorest hotel.

The hotel was decent and the service was good. Karole Bhag, Delhi's shopping street, is within walking distance. Our AC kept leaking water throughout the two days, though, and they never fixed it.

The staff were arrogant, and even the front office manager had a bad attitude. The AC barely worked, so we were left suffocating in Delhi's heat. The rooms were awful. I wouldn't eat there either, unless you already know a good doctor nearby. They give guests corporation water. For God's sake, skip this hotel.
