Hotel De Hocks Deluxe

The receptionist was warm, professional, and very helpful, and the rest of the staff were supportive too. De Hocks Deluxe has superb cleanliness and top class service. Its location close to the railway station makes getting around extremely convenient. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it for comfort and hospitality.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and for the price my 6 nights at Hotel De Hock Deluxe were a good stay. The area is a bit crowded, so leave about 30 minutes earlier than usual when heading out. My second floor room near the entrance was noisy, especially when the phone rang loudly. I would've preferred a room farther from the busy area, and hope they'll consider me for an upgrade.

It felt like good value for money. The food was tasty and served hot in my room, and the staff were helpful and punctual without asking for tips. The rooms are a little small, but very comfortable, and all the amenities were provided. Both the matro and railway station are within walking distance.

Don't trust the ratings on goibibo/agoda/make my trip. This was the worst place to stay. The rooms were unhygienic and the receptionist was poor. They charged random amounts, and didn't even provide basic drinking water. Later they charged 27 rs for each 1 litre bottle. When I protested, people became aggressive. Worst experience.
