The owner was a good person, but the rooms were very poor. My wife stayed there recently for three nights, and I wouldn't recommend it. Cockroaches appeared in the room one night, there was no hot water, and the AC was centrally controlled, so she had to ask reception to switch it on or off. Loud music from a nearby bar could be heard in the rooms. It's near the railway station.

We felt helpless and didn't know what to do. The manager was arrogant and demanded Rs.5000 as a penalty after a wall-hanging commode fell and broke while I was simply sitting on it. My wife tried to reason with him, but he misbehaved with her. The owner was rude too, and wouldn't let my elderly mother use another toilet until we paid. With my dada's help, we settled for Rs.2500, paid, and left within four hours of checking in. The rooms aren't maintained, and something could happen that they'll charge you for. If there are no other options, stay on the railway platform, but don't come here.

I've been coming here for the past three years without any complaints, but the reception staff changed last month, in December. They're so ill-mannered and don't even know how to speak to customers, including women. I'm really disappointed and won't recommend this hotel to anyone anymore.

The only good thing is that it's near Delhi station. The rooms were dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere. Staff behaviour wasn't very good either. They charge GST but don't provide bills. Bad experience overall.

The beds were very dirty, with semen clearly visible on them. There's no cleaning. Even after asking multiple times for the room to be cleaned, they kept ignoring us. Very bad service.
