Hotel Green Castle

AZAM SIR made my stay a great experience, and the staff were very cooperative, friendly, and helpful. My room was neat and comfortable, housekeeping did a good job, and the food was good too. It was a pleasant, relaxing stay, and I’d definitely come back.

Breakfast was disappointing. There wasn’t a buffet, and when I called reception, they said I could pick just one dish from the menu. Without a buffet, they should have offered at least two or three options.

The peaceful atmosphere stood out, even though the hotel is in the heart of the city. The food was delicious, and the staff were very courteous and helpful, making me feel at home. My room was clean and well maintained, and the location was convenient. Hotel Green Castle, Delhi, offered comfort, good service, and value for money. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for business or leisure.

I booked online through Agoda, but I wasted my money and time. The room was small, there was no water bottle, the AC didn’t work properly, and there were lots of mosquitoes. The water pressure was maybe 5 percent. I spent 35 minutes just trying to bathe. When I called reception, he said it would fix itself as it kept running. At 7 o’clock I called for tea and was told the kitchen wasn’t open yet. I asked them to let me know because I wanted breakfast tea, but no one called me back. When I checked out, he asked me, “Ma’am, tea?” Seriously? The price is high just because it’s near the metro and Kashmiri Gate. For that amount, I think the more ordinary hotels in Pahaadh Ganjh or chandnichonk are better. I’ll never choose this place again.
