I wouldn't recommend Hotel krishna palace in Paharganj. The receptionist seemed not to know what was going on and tried to cheat us. Staff didn't make the bill correctly, using different numbers, and I felt the false bill was an attempt to get extra money from guests. Avoid this hotel if you're looking for a good stay.

It was affordable and neat, even though renovation work was going on. The service was nice.

The area around the hotel is Karol Bagh market, so it isn't especially scenic or clean, but it was okay. Staff were caring and really humble. There were a few small issues with the AC and similar things, though nothing significant was wrong with the rooms.

The price was affordable and the service decent, but I booked two nights through booking.com and the hotel marked me as a no-show. That was fake and a lie.

The hotel was dirty, and the whole place had no network. The staff's behavior and service were awful. They charged my 65-year-old father an extra 1000 for a GST bill, taking advantage of the fact that he didn't understand GST billing. They also charged an extra 1000 rupees when asked for a GST bill, and seemed to charge for every little thing. It was tied up with Oyo, but we got no help from them either. I suggest never staying here. I hope the hotel shuts down permanently.
