The team at Hotel Krishma Deluxe made the stay feel comfortable from the start. The room was clean and in good shape, and staff handled room service, front desk questions, and general help efficiently and politely. Shivam Chopra, the General Manager, stood out for being approachable and courteous. His attention and leadership seem to show in the service standards. The hotel was comfortable after a long day, and I had a genuinely enjoyable stay. I’d happily return and recommend it to someone looking for friendly service and a comfortable place.

Food was excellent, and the location worked especially well for getting to and from the railway station. My room at Hotel Krishna Deluxe was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

We were given an upgrade from a family room to a very clean Maharaja Suits, and room service was quick. They can bring food to the room too. Check-in took only about five minutes to get the keys. We spent two nights there over Christmas, and the hotel is around five minutes from New Delhi Railway Station. I’d stay again.

The larger bedrooms are a real plus for families of four, and my stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean, rates seemed reasonable, and there’s an in-house kitchen. The reception waiting area is spacious too. Service was just okay, nothing special, but the hotel is an easy walk from New Delhi Railway Station and felt like good value.
