Hotel Le Heritage

For ₹8,000, this was a complete waste of money. I’d honestly have been better off in a railway waiting room. Over four days, nobody cleaned our room, changed the bedsheets, brought towels, or even supplied drinking water. I saw staff rinsing the floor mop in the bathing bucket, and the washroom was never cleaned. Our breakfast plates sat there for a whole day because nobody came to collect them. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, a nightmare from start to finish. It doesn’t deserve even one star, though the site makes me give a rating to post this. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it.

The room was on the fourth floor, and there’s no lift. It wasn’t clean, the towel was dirty, and they didn’t provide water or other room amenities. The bathroom was tiny, around 4×4 feet, with hardly enough space to bathe. Food quality was poor and portions were very small. They also don’t allow outside food in the room. A very bad experience.

The room was disgusting, with no cleanliness at all. They didn’t even mop the floor before giving it to us. Staff were so rude, and there’s no lift either. I was really disappointed. Avoid this hotel if you can.

The room was a major letdown, and the service was slow. Staff were rude and unhelpful during my stay at Le heritage. I wouldn’t recommend it to others. They need to improve how the staff treat guests and, please, change them.
