The hotel’s location was good, and the staff behaved well, but maintenance was really poor. I’d booked a family room for 31st Oct, 25, and was surprised to find dust all over the chairs and wardrobes. At night, I saw bed bugs everywhere and immediately asked the manager to move me. The other room they offered had cockroaches roaming around, too. In the end I found one room and took the risk of spending the night. Totally disappointed.

There was Rajnigandha spit on the walls and near the dustbin, with layers of dust on the walls too. Cockroaches were everywhere, both inside and outside the room. The towels and bedsheet were so bad you couldn’t touch them, and they didn’t provide soap. These rooms were disgusting, dirty, and unhygienic. This place deserves a negative star rating.

Le mem Hôtel was a really good experience. It’s well located near the railway station and Chandni Chowk, and they provide good food and facilities.

The rooms were terrible, and they didn’t provide toiletries. They even charge for water bottles. Staff behaved very badly, and the service was the worst!

Whenever the staff changes, they keep asking for money again and again. The owner manager didn’t explain things properly, and the service was very slow. They claim checkout is before 11, but when I was only 30 minutes late at 10 o’clock, they charged me Rs 450. When I asked about it, they couldn’t give me a proper answer. What kind of hotel is this? If they can’t adjust even a little, they shouldn’t keep asking for money like that.
