Hotel O Stay Heaven

The room was filthy, with blood on the sheets, dirty-looking linen, a broken bathroom door, and toilet water leaking across the floor. There was no tap water in the bathroom either, so we had to use another floor’s room to shower. We also felt there was little security or oversight, and the property didn’t feel safe. Getting settled was just as bad. The front desk person was rude and dismissive, apparently because we had booked through Booking.com, and kept us waiting more than 30 minutes without a good reason. We were given a room on the top floor despite having heavy luggage. The lift was out of order, and staff said we’d have to pay extra for help with our bags. Breakfast was included in our booking, but the kitchen didn’t open until 10:45 AM. The kitchen staff said breakfast was separate from the hotel service, and the front desk person didn’t arrive until after 11. We had to check out without eating. The property operates under names including Silver Key, Hotel O Stay Heaven, and OYO Townhouse 810943 Saket Residency, but whichever name it uses, our stay was extremely disappointing.
