Hotel Omega Residency

The air conditioning in two rooms didn't work, so they gave us another room. On top of that, the receptionist was rude, the staff were unprofessional, and there were several hidden charges. We had to pay one day in advance. They refused to give us food bills, saying they don't provide them, and wouldn't even stamp the bills. Zero stars. I'll never return. Management, please run a sulabh shouchalya. You could really handle that well. Thanks!

Paharganj, Sadar, old Delhi and cp are all within walking distance. The hotel is on a decent lane and close to the station. It's a good option for families visiting Delhi, with facilities at a low price.

I always stay here when I come to Delhi. It's a great budget hotel, with tasty food at reasonable prices, friendly, down-to-earth staff, and excellent room service.

The owner was very ill-mannered and had no etiquette, which made the stay unpleasant. There isn't a good kitchen on site, outside food isn't allowed, there's no parking, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work. A very poor experience.
