The owners and staff were kind and helpful, and I had a pleasant stay. The recent renovation meant the room and toilet were clean. It's right by karol bagh market, with the metro station 600-700 meters away on foot. A few things need fixing: the flush sometimes stopped working, the hot water kept fluctuating, and the door latch seemed loose.

The AC didn't work, and at checkout they tried to charge more than the price we'd already agreed on. When I asked why, the managers argued and spoke very rudely. There's no management here. I wouldn't book it, since you can find better hotels in this price range in Karol Bagh.

The rooms are nice and large, and the staff were polite, but the service was awful. Towels and soap took about 12 hours to arrive after check-in for no clear reason. None of the bathroom flushes worked, and the ACs were a bit slow. It wasn't a good experience.

The bathrooms were disgusting. The flush didn't work during my two-day stay, and the rooms smelled and were dirty. It's a very old hotel, and the staff don't understand hospitality. Before booking, I asked OYO representatives about cleanliness, and they told me this was one of the best. They shouldn't make claims about the hotel's condition without checking it in person. OYO has lost my trust. This was the worst experience I've had. Don't even think about booking here.

The location is handy for shopping, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms, though, are a disaster. The AC doesn't work properly in most of them, and many rooms have rats and cockroaches.
