The staff were polite and cooperative, and never refused any supplies we asked for. The executive room with balcony and attached bathroom was spacious, as expected for this price range. Still, I had to request a clean on arrival, and glasses and toiletries were missing until I asked. Cigarette smoke kept coming from the staircases and lobbies, especially afternoons and nights. I’m not sure whether staff or customers were responsible. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned either. For the price, the stay was pleasant overall.
