The staff were sweet and polite, always ready to help with a smile, and their hospitality made us feel welcome and special. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Our rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, so we could really relax. We enjoyed every meal, with delicious food and quick, well-organized service. Everything was just perfect from beginning to end. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable visit.

We booked a Deluxe AC Room but were given a different room across from the main hotel. It was in very poor condition, with damp walls, peeling paint, and dust on the bed. When we complained, the reception staff were rude, even in front of my wife. A very disappointing stay. Not recommended.

We stayed for a day, but the rooms were very unhygienic and full of cockroaches. The owner pressured us to give five stars on MakeMyTrip. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

The staff were very rude and not cordial. The room wasn't spacious, the bathroom had no exhaust fan, and the doormat was extremely dirty. Not suitable for a healthy stay.

The rooms were filthy and messy, and they didn't even provide water. If you ask for it, they charge double the outside price. I don't know how this was rated a three-star hotel. It deserves zero stars, though I gave it one. A very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
