This seems like a great choice in summer or the rainy season, but I’d avoid it in winter. The common geyser connects to all rooms, and hot water was mostly barely lukewarm, even during the set hours of 6am to 9am and 6pm to 9pm. Outside those windows, the water was cold. The towels also seemed old, with linen coming loose and sticking to my skin. On the plus side, it was comfortable, neat, and clean, with a mini fridge, kettle, excellent room service, good food, and a very good manager.

Mr. Nair and the staff were warm, welcoming, and quick to help with a smile. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Sunstar Heights. I’d happily come back and recommend it for comfort, good service, and value for money.

I’ve been staying at SUNSTAR HEIGHTS for the last 1 month, and the facilities are up to the mark. The rooms are in very good condition, cleaned daily, with the bed seat and other things changed. Meals come on time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the menu changes every week. The staff, Ashok, Kundan, and Ankit, have been outstanding. They’re polite and humble, and treat people like guests rather than customers. They approach tasks as service and try to finish them on time. Even small things, like evening tea, help build a strong bond between guests and staff. Thank you, Dharmendra sidh ( Rajasthan).
