Miss Supriya, the manager, was especially kind. I was happy staying here, and they provided good facilities and food.

The rooms and most people were fine, but the reception guy was rude and irritating every time. That’s why I’m giving one star. They also wouldn’t honor the prices shown on third-party apps like Agoda or Booking.com, saying those rooms were full while rooms for extra money were available. The fans were so noisy and shaky that we were afraid one might fall.

Shiva, the taxi driver there, was awesome, and the rooms are fine. But don’t pay in advance. They may say you haven’t paid, make you pay twice, and then not let you leave. It felt dishonest and very rude.

There was loud work going on across different floors day and night, so getting peaceful sleep felt impossible. I stayed during the first week of December, and the cleanliness was a disaster. The staff seemed unhygienic, and the manager didn’t handle customers professionally. I also suspect the ratings and comments from their own people are meant to boost the score. I’d never suggest booking here if you want a quiet stay.
