I paid an advance to book with them, then told them two months before the planned date that unforeseen circumstances meant we had to change it. They wouldn't adjust the booking or offer another option. I even asked for any date in the year 2026 so we could still hold our function, but they refused both a new date and a refund. It's very disappointing to be met with such rigid, unhelpful behavior. When genuine reasons are shared well in advance, customers expect fairness and flexibility.

This is my second stay, after coming here last year. The food, devices, and cleanliness have all been excellent. I hope to come back soon.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, with no basic manners or respectful way of dealing with clients. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially people traveling with family or female companions.

I've visited several times, and the food and other arrangements have been absolutely good. My only issue is that the two banquet halls and one cafe share just one common toilet, and it's a small one.

The cleaning staff were very friendly, but the room had faulty appliances and not a single window. The vegetables at breakfast were past their prime.
