Jukaso Inn

I ended up knowing this hotel all too well over 3 stays booked without my control. I was traveling from Australia to help a Delhi based company, and they used a credit to book me here. On my third visit, my assistant was in tears when she checked in. The room they'd put her in had bad mould, and she was calling Qantas to find out when she could get home. A few rooms were okay, and I got the best ones, but thinking it over, I would flatly refuse to stay here. The area is nice, but run a mile from this place!

They'll call and email, doing everything they can to get your money, then disappear once you've paid. Emails go unanswered and calls aren't picked up. It feels like throwing your money down a well. I’ve never dealt with a more horrible, annoying company, and I ask anyone reading this not to make my mistake. Don't trust the positive reviews, which they may well have written themselves. However good the deal sounds, DO NOT buy into it. This is a big fraud company.

When I went to the property today, it was shut down, almost like a ghost building, and the people seemed to have disappeared. I had already lost faith after trying several times to book a holiday since joining in August 2017. Each time, I was told the property I wanted wasn't available for those dates. I now can't reach customer care, and my email bounced back. This hotel and its associated Jukaso journeys have conned plenty of people, me included. I know I'm not the only one who's lost money to them. Please be careful.

They invite people to a 40-45 minute session by saying they've won a gift voucher, a free holiday, or a scratch card. Once you get there, it's just a marketing gimmick and you realize you've been misled. Don't waste your time expecting anything exciting.
