The restaurant team were brilliant. I was unwell, and Mr Rahul and Mr.Rajkumar took special care to bring the food I asked for. They were very kind and courteous. The rooms are small but thoughtfully designed and comfortable, and the food was good. It’s close to the airport and the service was excellent. I’d visit again if I can.

We had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Delhi Airport. The property was very clean and the service excellent. The team handled wheelchair assistance for my parents with real care and professionalism, which made the stay comfortable for all of us. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good range of options. Highly recommended for travelers.

The elevator needs your room smart card to select your floor, which is awkward if one person is staying in the room and the other wants to come down without the card. Reception has to help by pressing the floor button. Apart from that, our stay was good. The restaurant food was decent, though quality could be better. The toiletries were below par too, especially the toothbrush stick, which bent with hardly any pressure. At 6k per night, they should upgrade them. We stayed one night in a decent room with the basic amenities we needed. Even though there were two of us, they offered an extra bed, which made the room feel a bit cramped and stuffy. Still, it was fine for a short stay. The room and bathroom were clean and hygienic, with enough space for our luggage and travel things. The hotel is a stone's throw from the airport, and an app cab costs around 200/- from there. There’s 24 x 7 dining, so you can get lunch or dinner any time.

I used to think of this as a reliable 4-star hotel, but I’m disappointed by what seems to be happening with its online reputation. Recently, I’ve seen large campaigns on WhatsApp and Telegram offering people ₹150 per review to post fake 5-star ratings for the property. Whether the hotel is running this directly or using a third-party agency, paying for ratings is an unethical, cheap way to market a business. It makes it hard for genuine travelers to trust what they read. I’d rather stay somewhere that earns its stars through actual service. Please take recent reviews with a pinch of salt, as many may be paid for.
