The night was the worst part. Around 1:30-2:00 AM, people were outside our room and someone began banging on the door. I was there with my elderly mother and was genuinely scared for our safety. I still don't know if they were guests or staff. Empty soft drink bottles were outside the room the next morning, which made it feel even more unsettling. We'd only booked one night, but left exhausted and deeply disappointed. The hotel is advertised as 3-star and priced that way, yet so many basic things were missing. There’s no lift, which should be made clear to anyone coming with an older relative or heavy bags. The room was so cramped that two people could barely stand together, with nowhere proper to put luggage or hang clothes. The lights were loose, the linen looked decent but wasn't fully clean, and water spread across the room because there was no bath mat. There weren't any glasses either, just a bottle guests were apparently expected to drink from directly. The AC was old, noisy, and barely cooled the room. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the lobby smelled strange, with things lying around like a laundry or storage space. An hour after check-in the power went out and no generator came on. After a long day of travel and carrying bags, I had to go down to reception myself to report it. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but we got room service with only upma and paratha. The upma was badly cooked and tasteless, with capsicum thrown in without balance; the paratha was average. When I asked for another paratha, I was first told it was fine, then reception called to say it would cost extra, then staff said it was free after all. Even so, it had little filling and came with no curd or anything else. This was a traumatic stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to families, women traveling alone, or anyone with an elderly companion.

The location made it easy to get around, with restaurants, shops, and transport options nearby. Itsy Hotel Bindra Elite is a reasonable budget choice for a short stay if you want somewhere simple and comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite and helpful. The clean, well-kept rooms had the basics I needed: AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and hot water. Housekeeping, room service, and help with local travel are available, along with power backup and laundry.

The staff were really polite, and the room was clean. I had an amazing stay, with excellent service. Highly recommend it if you're after a comfortable place.

This feels more like a small guest house than a hotel, with just a few rooms and two or three inexperienced staff. It's also tucked far inside a colony. Everything takes a long time, and the service feels too casual. The receptionist used filthy language toward the staff. Not a good experience.
