Hotel Bkc Garden

The owner and staff don’t understand hospitality. The photos are misleading, and the actual quality is nothing like they suggest. It’s a third-class lodge, highly overpriced, and misleads people. I wouldn’t even call it a 1-star hotel.

I paid an extra 800/- for my family’s one-night stay as part of a corporate booking. The bathroom was in horrible condition, and I couldn’t call the front desk because their phone was dead. After seeing the room, I decided to leave right away and book somewhere else. I asked for at least 800/- back, but they refused. With a corporate booking, the room should at least be livable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service and facilities. I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay was far below expectations.

The rooms and service were terrible. I had a really awful experience here and didn’t like it at all. I wouldn’t recommend it.

My stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t return. After talking with locals and noticing repeated patterns in the wording of reviews, I came away thinking the hotel had probably hired an agency to raise its ratings with fake or paid reviews. The glowing reviews didn’t match my experience. Guests deserve transparency, so check more than one source before booking and read detailed, balanced reviews instead of relying only on the 5-star ones.
