Lemonwood Suites by F9 Hotels

The room's modern look and comfortable furnishings were about the only good points. It was too warm because the air conditioning didn't work, and the bathroom had no running water, so I couldn't even wash my hands. There were no towels or trash bin either. I called reception repeatedly, but the staff didn't resolve anything or follow up. That lack of response made what might have been a pleasant stay a very poor experience.

The room looked great and the central air conditioning worked well. Room service was good when I asked for towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, or water, though none of those were in the room when we checked in, which was disappointing. Compared with the hotel I stayed at the day before, I had a better experience here. It's a little hard to spot the hotel on that street because the sign isn't very good, but Google Maps got us there. There's a market nearby to explore or get food. Restaurants seemed to stay open late, so finding breakfast outside was difficult. Keep in mind the hotel didn't offer breakfast.

Dirty sheets, toilets, sofas, and just about everything else, plus the staff were bad. During our three-day stay, I felt like someone was watching us. I also saw black shadows three times in the bathroom and in the room, moving from the bedside toward the door and disappearing. It was horrifying. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Make My Trip should take this off its hotel listings. Please, please, please don't stay here.

I feel bad for this beautiful property because the rooms are so dirty and stinky, and management is poor. The bedsheets smelled like someone had thrown up on them and had lots of shoe marks. When I asked for fresh ones, they never changed them. There were cigarette butts all over the room, and it had a false smell. The staff were unprofessional and the hotel is badly maintained, with no service. I hope another vendor takes over and makes it as good as it looks in the app photos.
