OYO 11852 Hotel Aerostay Inn

The hotel I was given wasn't the one shown in the app. I booked Hotel Aerosky, listed as 3*, but at the location it was Hotel Aero Stay Inn, not even one star. I'd reserved a Deluxe King size AC room, but staff said the website details didn't match reality. The first room they showed me smelled like garbage. The next was full of cockroaches, and its AC still wasn't working after an hour. Two hours after check-in, I moved again to a room where the AC was better, but I still had to deal with insects and cockroaches. There's no way to call staff from the room; even when I went to get them, they didn't respond or help with food or anything else. The listing also falsely mentioned a bar and restaurant, neither of which was there. I've stayed in all sorts of hotels across countries, and this was my worst experience with the hotel, staff, service, facilities, and everything else. Make my trip failed too, since this listing was at the top of the search results. The phone numbers, location, and details all belonged to a different hotel, while the name was something else. A terrible experience. I'll never book hotels through make my trip again.
