The flush in my room was broken, and I only discovered that after finally getting in, more than two and a half hours after arriving. Before that, the hotel couldn’t find my booking on its tablet even an hour after I’d booked, so I waited another 40 minutes and tried calling Oyo. Oyo felt powerless against the hotel and was no help. An agent then suggested I book again at the same place for a different amount, but reception refused that booking because the tariff was lower. It seemed Oyo had little control over its service and no professional way of handling the business.

The room and bathroom were both filthy, and the sheets were dusty and dirty too. The staff were completely unresponsive, and the location didn’t feel like a good place to stay. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We were initially concerned about the cost, but that worry went away. In my experience, Oyo Hotels are cheaper than other options and comfortable for people from all backgrounds, whether domestic or international. It was great to share our experience after visiting.

The staff were friendly, and the service was good. Just keep in mind that the laundry service listed on the Oyo website wasn’t available here.

I booked through Oyo, but they wouldn’t let me stay the whole night. The staff were rude, the food prices were outrageous, and they didn’t give me a bill for the food.
