The room was tiny, and nothing felt safe. The locks on the doors were broken, the switchboard was broken, and the AC didn’t work. The rooms also don’t look anything like the photos they show, not even close. They weren’t clean either. There was no one to bring food, so you have to handle everything yourself. The staff were unethical too: they took my phone under some pretext and used it to give them a good review on platforms like mmt.

I booked two double beds through Goibibo, but got one king-size bed instead. Staff said they’d change the room, but never did. Goibibo also said early check-in for three hours was guaranteed. The owner first wanted to charge extra, and only gave me the room after I showed the booking details. The basin tap had no water either. Poor service, and what was promised online didn’t match what I got.

Tiny room, very dirty, and a full scam. There was no service, and even the door lock didn’t work. When I saw the room and asked for a refund, they refused outright. Don’t pay before you’ve seen the room.

The shower was a hassle because water sprayed all over the place from the showerhead, and hot water only came after we asked reception to turn it on. The room was dark, and the windows were so dusty they were barely see-through. Our room was barely bigger than the bed. Both it and the bathroom were dirty, and the sheets and blanket weren’t clean. We asked for a fresh blanket, but they couldn’t provide one. There were mosquitoes, and we wouldn’t be surprised if there were other bugs too. The receptionist was friendly, but the stay was still pretty uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and the room was cheap, but the condition wasn’t good. The basin tap leaked, and in Delhi’s cold weather they only gave us thin blankets that were no use. There was no heater or anything like that. I’d rate the cleanliness 2 out of 5. It’s okay for a few hours, but a definite no for several days.
