OYO 37773 Hotel J Joy

On the second day, the manager told us to vacate one of the three rooms we'd booked for four days, claiming another client had already booked it. We'd paid for it too, so this was shocking and showed no respect for guests or transparency. The rooms were never cleaned during our stay, and we had to manage everything ourselves. The washrooms were very dirty, cigarette pieces were on the floor, and the flushes didn't work. There was no drinking water, toiletries, or room service either. Although the listing showed a TV, our room had none. The whole stay in Delhi was far from what had been promised. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, professionally managed stay.

Bro, don't go to this hotel. It was the worst experience I've ever had, and there were cockroaches everywhere. Terrible.

The staff were polite, supportive, and ready to help, and check-in went smoothly. But the room and bathroom were disappointing. The mirror was faded and poorly maintained, and there was no shower. The blanket smelled strongly and seemed unwashed; the pillow and bedsheet didn't smell fresh either. The heater was there but didn't work properly. Better cleanliness and maintenance could make this place much better. For now, I'd only suggest it if budget and staff behavior matter more to you than comfort.

The manager was so rude and irritating that I cancelled my stay without even looking at the rooms. After dealing with management like that, I didn't want to imagine what the facilities might be like. Totally disappointing.
