This place was just about OK, and the stay wasn't enjoyable for me. We chose it mainly because we thought it was close to the metro, but that turned out to be untrue. It's not walkable, so you need to take an auto. The caretaker might as well not be there: his phone is switched off from 10PM to 7AM, so he can't help if there's an emergency or you need anything. Even when he's around, his lackadaisical attitude is a turn-off. For this experience, the place is quite overpriced.

The staff were pleasant, and the surroundings are quiet and green. The location is convenient too, within walking distance of IIT Metro Station and close to the bustling SDA Market. Service was rather poor, though. The rooms and cleanliness were just about OK, and they didn't offer to clean the room or make the bed, even over a stay of several days. Fine for a short visit if you're not too fussy.

The location was a bit of a problem, though the place is easy to recognize. Rooms were nice and the staff decent. The toilet had some issue, but the air-conditioning was really good. Food was good too, and breakfast is free as usual.

The property has a pretty good ambience, and the rooms were clean. Staff were helpful and accommodating. A couple of the rooms we checked had air-conditioning that wasn't working; the caretaker tried but couldn't fix it. The other amenities were fine, including kitchen access, Wi-Fi, and the location.

The rooms were clean and an OK size for a business trip. Service was good, and the area is quiet and green. It's in a residential area, very close to SDA Market and IIT metro station. Google Maps can get you to the property because OYO has marked it, but once you arrive there's no OYO sign or other identification. You have to figure out that you've found the place yourself. Just fine overall.
