OYO Flagship North Campus

We had seven rooms, and four of them smelled bad. Two had a smoke smell, and two smelled damp. Some rooms were extremely small, and the other guests seemed mostly to be couples seeking privacy or groups of men, so I wouldn't consider this suitable for families or for kids and toddlers. The rooms were clean, and the linen was clean too, but the smell was off-putting. Helpful staff. No parking. WiFi is available, though we hardly used it. Each room gets two half-litre water bottles a day, plus soap, body wash, and body lotion. My rating is for a family visit. As budget accommodation otherwise, it might rate higher.

The rooms were spacious, and the location was good, so we had a nice stay overall. The staff were courteous. Still, the rooms seemed to have sat unused and uncleaned for quite a while, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom.

We spent over half an hour waiting at the counter, only to be told the room wasn't ready, even though we'd booked online an hour before arriving. Then they tried to make us check out after just two hours. The facilities were poor too: no soap or lotion, a towel only after we reminded them, and we had to ask several times for a water bottle and glass. A bad experience.

No parking, limited breakfast choices, and lots of noise. Check that there's hot water in the bathroom before you check in. The place was very unkempt, and the receptionists' hospitality was at rock bottom. Calling it a Flagship doesn't change that. The price doesn't match what you get from this OYO place.
