OYO Premium

We booked three days, but they denied the booking confirmation and said there was nothing we could do. They wouldn’t offer any alternative, so now we have nowhere to stay and have lost the money too. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT'S A SCAM. This includes all their hotels, FAB HOTELS PREMIUM, PREMIUM VILLA, OYO PREMIUM ROOMS, ROYALTY RESIDENCY.

There’s no lift, and they didn’t speak nicely to us. During our three-day stay they couldn’t provide an extra blanket, so I had to buy one to get through the cold. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily, the geyser didn’t work, and I had to switch rooms three times. It looks cheap, but the cost adds up in the end. Don’t waste your money.

Please take this seriously and don’t book here. I’d give it zero if I could. I’d paid in full five days before arriving, but at 11 pm in Delhi, with my family and our one-year-old baby girl, reception told us there were no rooms. They showed no concern despite the advance payment through OYO, and had given our room to someone else. Don’t book rooms from OYO. This was the worst hotel I’ve seen in my 35 years.

At 10 pm on a winter night in Delhi, I was left in trouble with nowhere else to stay after the receptionist denied my booking and treated me badly. Make my trip didn’t help either. I called customer care and was kept on hold for more than an hour. What a terrible experience. A hotel like this should be closed.
