Oyo Townhouse 082 Chander Nagar Janakpuri

The location is what earns this place five stars, especially if you’re here for shopping and food. The rooms are big, and the basement washroom is spacious and comfortable, with good quality. The place is well maintained and kept clean and hygienic. Staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout went well. Breakfast was osm, and preparing and serving food to guests was one of the best things here. The food and breakfast service still need improvement, though.

Basic hygiene is missing here. The towels are torn, and the restaurant is dirty and used for other activities. Despite repeated reminders, my room wasn’t cleaned and room service was poor. They claim 24*7 service, but breakfast still wasn’t ready until 9 AM. Tea came in a disposable cup. I’d choose a Dharamshala over this hotel. Not recommended at all!

The room was average, and it took a call followed by a 10-minute wait just to get bottled drinking water. They provided only one glass for two people when asked, and there were no toiletries. The WiFi wouldn’t connect. The power also went out for 15 minutes, with frequent cuts. Judge for yourself and choose a place more worth your money. I’d give this zero stars. Not recommended.

There wasn’t even a dustbin or bottled water in the room, and the bedding wasn’t very clean. Hot water wouldn’t come through the shower. I had to follow up several times to get the room cleaned, and staff were very slow to respond. Room service is poor, with basic items missing.
