Qotel Hotel Peeragarhi

The bathroom was filthy and there was no water. The room door lock didn’t work, and neither the TV nor AC worked properly. At 1700Rs for one night, there was no welcome drink or room service, and they didn’t even give you the room key. Please don’t book a room here.

The rooms were unhygienic, the sheets had oil stains, and both the dustbin and washroom were dirty. The handwash jar was broken and fell on me while I was washing my hands. When the water stopped mid-bath, I called reception 12 times with no answer. I had to go there myself, and they took 15 mins to fix it. They didn’t give us a water bottle, soap, or towel, and we weren’t even given a key to lock the room. Service was very poor. Big no, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, and I never expected service like this.

They first told me I had to pay extra, then I found there was no Wi-Fi and the door lock didn’t work. The rooms were filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and there were lots of bed bugs roaming around. See for yourself in the attached picture. This was the most pathetic hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t waste your money or book it.

The room itself was pretty basic but neat. The whole property, though, felt like a garage. For 500 bucks, it’s actually a palace, but there’s no lift or escalator and reception is on the 2nd floor. Getting a room on the 3rd floor makes that even more of a pain.
