The Owner Sh. Gaurav and Manager Sh. Jatin were especially helpful, and the service was excellent. Hotel Shipra is one of the best hotels in Paharganj. I recommend it for a family stay in Paharganj, New Delhi.

The food was very expensive compared with the open market. The room itself was clean, good, and well organised, but the AC kept getting switched off and we had to ask every time to have it turned on.

The room had mold and a terrible smell. I paid extra for a bigger room but was given what felt like the worst one in the hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in India. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

I stayed for more than 5 days and found the rooms pleasant and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the rates were affordable and convenient for customers. It’s near new delhi railway station, which makes travel to another city convenient. The receptionist was kind, helpful, and always gave good advice. I recommend staying at The Shipra International Hotel.

The room was good, comfortable, and had good amenities. We did have one customer service issue: we left our charger in the room, and the hotel kept it safe, but didn’t contact us. We only realized two days later that they still had it. I’m glad it was looked after, but a quick call or message would have made things easier. More proactive communication would’ve improved the experience.
