2/10
Nothing worked, the staff were disloyal, and the service and behavior were awful. If you want the worst of Paharganj, stay here. A lounge would be a better place to sleep.

2/10
The service was good, but the room was extremely dirty, with lots of hair on the bed. The bathroom was filthy too, and the hygiene and cleanliness were the only things that weren't good. The jetspray was broken, and there was no toilet paper. They really need to sort out the hygiene. Thank you.

4/10
The shower needed repairing, and the room was grubby and badly in need of decorating. It wasn't clean at all, and the price was too high. A disappointing stay.

6/10
There was no ventilation in the decent-sized room, and the service was very poor. They didn't provide clean sheets or towels, though freshly washed linens and bedding should be standard for guests. There was no complimentary water either. The main problem was the booking. Online reservations seemed likely to be canceled for walk-in guests, and we ended up waiting an hour to check in.

The manager was really cooperative, and the staff were polite and quick to help. The whole stay felt easygoing. Our room was clean and spacious, so I had a wonderful time.
