I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Even basic toiletries weren't provided, and I was charged extra for items that should come with a room. That really soured the stay and left me feeling it was poor value for money. The rooms were strictly average and not very comfortable. Service stayed poor throughout, with basic requests taking a long time and staff seeming indifferent. I hope management takes these problems seriously and improves the service and guest amenities.

The in-house restaurant could use a wider menu and better food, even though the ambiance was nice. The rest of my stay at Oyo Townhouse hotel Moro was wonderful. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and the bathroom was well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I felt welcome throughout. I'd highly recommend it for its hospitality and cleanliness, and hope the dining improves by my next visit.

Shukhi, the manager, really stood out for being professional, welcoming, and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure everything was right, and their positive attitude made the stay more enjoyable. We had a fantastic weekend here. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location was perfect for our occasion.

They charged hidden fees that hadn't been disclosed when I booked, including extra charges for “local calls” and an unexpected “facility fee.” I felt completely scammed. The stay was a nightmare from start to finish, with slow, disorganized check-in and staff who seemed uninterested in helping. My room looked nothing like the online photos. It was dirty, the carpet had stains, and a musty smell never went away. The air conditioning didn't work and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Clean towels took hours to arrive after I called several times. This place is a ripoff with terrible service. I won't stay again or recommend it. Save your money and find somewhere else.

The in-house dining was impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes prepared perfectly. Hotel Moro in Paschim Vihar is also in an ideal spot, with easy access to nearby attractions and local transportation. I felt the hospitality and attention to detail made the stay personal and special. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, responding promptly to my needs. My room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities, so the stay felt comfortable and luxurious. I highly recommend Hotel Moro in Paschim Vihar for business or leisure, and I'm looking forward to returning.
