Treebo The Armani Near IGI Airport

Please inspect the rooms before paying. I had good experiences with Treebo before, but this one was a serious letdown: the place was extremely dirty and smelly, with insects on the bed and in the corridor. You can't get outside food, so you're forced to eat their horrible food at a premium.

I booked through the treebo app, but the room and staff were terrible. The door lock didn't work properly, and the staff were very rude. We stayed less than an hour, and since it was prepaid, I lost my money. One of the worst experiences of my life. Is this actually a treebo hotel? Shame on you treebo.

The hotel is a short distance from Main road, and there's no need to worry about safety. The staff are courteous, and room service is available for food. Having visited, I think some of the positive and negative reviews I read beforehand were prejudicial and had no concrete reason. The hotel is good.

The curtains were very dusty and stained, and the bedspreads had stains too, though they were less dusty. I don't know when either was last washed. I couldn't sleep through the night because the place felt unclean, so I just sat up. An ordeal I'll remember for the wrong reasons. The geyser wasn't working, so I called reception several times. The engineer said to unplug it once the water heated. I switched it on, opened the washbasin tap, and got an electric shock. I turned it off straight away. Then I tried the bathroom tap and got another shock. Remembering the engineer's advice, I struggled to pull the plug out of the socket. After all that, I was tired of calling reception and tried bathing in the 12-degree cold water. It didn't go well, and I fell sick.
