The food service was good, and the room was comfortable. I had a single room with one bed. It was decent, though I would’ve liked a bit more space.

The breakfast was either late or not very good, and the staff seemed uninterested in guests and unprofessional. There’s no lift. I expected more from a well-known name like Treebo, but this stay was a letdown. It didn’t feel worth the price, and I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, hygienic place.

Room 104 was cramped, and the bathroom was so tight that getting in or out took a lot of maneuvering. It was also unhygienic: the towels were dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere, and management didn’t seem to take responsibility for keeping the place clean. They didn’t provide a dental kit. When I asked, I was told the company wasn’t supplying it and that it was still being processed. The older manager or receptionist was rude and had no manners when speaking or listening to concerns. The management seemed irresponsible, and the property poorly maintained. This is actually CT hotel, which also collaborates with Treebo. Treebo should disengage from CT, as this is damaging its good image. A pathetic stay, and I’ll never choose a hotel with management like this again.

The rooms are okay, but Treebo CT international hotel's receptionist was rude and uncooperative. They wouldn’t provide a GST bill, and there’s no lift either. I won’t book here again.

The metro is easy to reach, and I found the rooms good and the service neat. Highly recommend it.
