Treebo Trend Mona Grand

It’s a good place and the service is fine. Parking is an issue, and the lifts are much smaller than at other hotels.

I stayed for four nights and didn’t run into any major issues. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. You could consider staying here.

They insist on collecting the full amount in advance, then you can’t find staff on the floor to look after guests. The organiser has to handle everything, including cleaning and guest service. The manager’s behaviour wasn’t good either. Very poor service, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I couldn’t sleep because kitchen noises went on all night. The bathroom knob was broken, and the toilet leaked, wasting water. My room wasn’t cleaned the next day because I hadn’t left the key. When I got back in the evening, they said nobody was available to clean it. They were cleaning rooms after guests had checked out, but didn’t seem interested in cleaning occupied rooms. They’d already collected the full payment, so I felt stuck with no choice. The bed linen and pillowcases stank. I couldn’t stay peacefully and regret coming here. I’d never recommend it.
