The room was filthy and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. There was no cleaning staff, the beds were broken and unstable, and they made loud, disturbing noises with the slightest movement. I booked on booking.com and paid online, but when I arrived on Sunday, reception said I had no reservation and told me to contact OYO for a refund. While I was asking about the booking, the receptionist was playing a game on his phone and ignoring me. He came across as arrogant and immature, like a broke kid. What's wrong with you? Thanks to the apps that list ugly hotels like this. If you can't afford to maintain a hotel, why run it? Don't paste an AI slop reply.

The staff were very, very good, and both the hotel and rooms were good.
