Biznotel by Pride Deoghar

The rooms don't seem worth the price, despite the money spent on the exterior and reception. The worst issue was the washroom: there was no water from the tap, and reception told me it couldn't be fixed until after 10:00 AM. RS Regal Inn is another good hotel just 200-300 metres away, even closer to baidyanath dham mandir. The price is the same or can be cheaper if you bargain, and its rooms are much better.

The location was okay, though nothing special, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional, but the rooms were a letdown: they were quite small and not what I expected.

The rooms smelled bad whenever we went in, and the blankets and towels were dirty. They also didn't match the pictures online. Breakfast was meant to be available at 7:30am, but nothing was ready by 8:30am, and the food that was prepared smelled bad. When we asked the people managing the place, they seemed barely bothered to respond.

We stayed as a family of five at Bizotel near Baidyanath Dham and found it the best hotel we'd stayed at by far. Mr Pratush at reception gave us a very warm welcome, explained the early check-in process, and showed us three types of rooms. We chose two, which were spacious and enough for all five of us. When we checked out at night, he arranged a drop to the jaisidh railway station. Staff like Mr pratush, warm, welcoming, and humble, are needed in this industry. Room dining was quick, and the cleaning staff were polite. The food was good, especially the crisp, yummy hara bhara kabab. Thank you.
