Hotel Deoghar Palace

The bathroom latch was missing, and the toilet and beds were dirty. I also had to ask for a towel, which was unclean, and staff tossed it onto the bed. The room had no basic items like a kettle or tea and coffee supplies. Overall, the stay wasn't good, and cleanliness was lacking.

I like staying here when I visit baba dham. The restaurant on the 6th floor serves delicious food, including home-style daal kichidi aaloo choka made to order, which was really tasty. The rooms are clean, though the lobby looks old and needs repainting. Our TV wasn't working, so they adjusted the room rent. The hotel is above vmart mall.

The rooms were dirty, the TV was damaged, and exposed electric wires were lying on the floor, which seemed like a serious fire and safety hazard. I also couldn't find any emergency exit plan or layout displayed in the hotel. Restaurant service was very poor, with long waits for orders to be picked up and even longer delays before food arrived. The manager and restaurant staff seemed unable to handle even basic requests. Room service was unacceptable too. Hotel Deoghar Palace fell short on basic cleanliness, service, and safety, and I strongly wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a very premium location. Ankita treated us professionally and helped us with sightseeing around the city.
