At iTown Hotel, Deoghar, I found the rooms clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was convenient for travelers, and the staff were extremely polite and supportive, always ready to help. My stay was pleasant and hassle-free, highly recommende. Good rating to Mr Ankush, Mr. Uttam, Mr. Parshuram and Mr. Rahul.

Mr. Avinash was especially polite, helpful, and professional. He took care of both the little things and the bigger needs, and his service made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic, and the cleanliness and service were commendable. Our stay was comfortable and memorable, and we'd love to stay again. The hotel management should be proud of staff like him.

The staff were good, and the location is excellent, but the rooms were extremely small and pathetic for the ~2k they charged. There was a drainage problem, and when we reported it, they said, “Paani Apne Aap chala jayega,” and told us to leave it. There's a limit to ripping people off. At least provide service for what you charge. It's Deoghar, not Dehradun. You're only getting business because of Shivji, and you've turned it into a way to loot people. After this kind of attitude, I'll never return to Deoghar.

The location is a big plus, with Baidyanath Dham Temple just a short distance away, which is convenient for devotees and other visitors. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, and the food was fresh and delicious. Munna Ji helped us a lot, and the polite, attentive staff were always ready to help with a smile. Access to services was smooth and hassle-free. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Moduft, Deoghar, with excellent service throughout.
