The GM in management and Santosh at the Front Desk Reception were rude and discourteous. They failed to keep every commitment made during booking, then were completely uncooperative and acted rudely, as if they were doing us some kind of charity.

The staff were very good, and both the room and washroom were clean. A very good hotel.

My phone was stolen from inside the room while I was attending a function. The hotel’s service is very poor, and management is very poor too.

The food was delayed, and when we asked about it, they brought us our own cake instead. Where was the food? None of the staff were listening, and they were slow and completely uncooperative. It was the worst experience. Never visit this place for dining.
