Hotel Plaza Avenue

A comfortable stay at a budget friendly price. I'd recommend it for any kind of group.

I hadn't planned to stay here during my business trip, but ended up booking a room unexpectedly. The hospitality and service were a pleasant surprise, and the rooms were well beyond what I expected for the price. I enjoyed the facilities and the general atmosphere.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The reviews feel misleading to me, and I suspect the comments may be managed. I've shared photos of the rooms so people can compare them with what they find. Think carefully before booking. Since it's near colleges, I wondered if it might be a place for young people to have fun. My room was beside the staircase, a garbage dump, and a tea preparation area. The sink was dirty, and the bathroom windows had no glass. I'm not sure what is really going on at this hotel. Staff seemed to be following management's instructions. I'd suggest that police or legal authorities review the property. Families looking for a decent stay should avoid it.

I stayed here for seven days and had no proper room service or decent bedsheets. The experience was very bad. The receptionist also demands an extra 10% for UPI payment. Who carries cash all the time? The hotel owner should look into this.
