Jayshree was so kind and friendly during my stay, and always ready to help with a smile. Her dedication and positive attitude made the experience more enjoyable. I was a little sad I didn't get to say goodbye before leaving, but I hope she sees this. Thank you, Jayshree, for making my stay comfortable and memorable. Wishing you all the best!

At a rate of ₹5,500-₹6,000 per night, I feel basic drinking water should be a standard amenity. I travel often and stay at hotels regularly, but this is the first I've encountered in this price range that didn't provide even one complimentary packaged water bottle in the room. Bottled water was available, but only for an extra charge.

From check-in through check-out, we enjoyed our stay at Shivas Galaxy. The front office staff were especially helpful and made it unforgettable. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thanks again to the Shivas Galaxy team.

What stood out to me was the attention to detail and the effort they put into guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and the service was top-notch. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The ambience was excellent, and the place was clean and well maintained. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd highly recommend Shah’s Galaxy for quality and reliability. Keep up the great work!

The location is peaceful, away from the city's rush, and less than 20 minutes from the airport. Parking was good too. Check-in was easy, the employees were very helpful, and the clean rooms were great for a quick stay.
