The staff were polite and the rooms were clean. It was easy to order food from outside and eat there comfortably. The hotel is right in front of the main gate of Amritsar Railway Station, with the Golden temple nearby and reachable by auto. Amrotdar Airport is about 12-13 km away. I had a nice stay.

The location is the real highlight. We walked from Amritsar junction to the hotel with our luggage, so there was no need for a vehicle, and the Golden temple is within 2 km. The staff were always willing to help, and the room and toilet were standard. It was cheap, and we had an excellent stay.

We stayed one night and found the rooms good and the staff helpful. It's a budget friendly hotel right opposite Amritsar Railway station, in one of the city's busiest areas. The Wagah border is about a half-hour drive away, and the Golden temple is around 15 minutes away.

Santosh ji was especially kind and quick to help, bringing cutlery and several other things we needed. The rest of the staff were polite and supportive too. Our room and washroom were very clean and well kept. We booked a Deluxe Room for three people for two days through Goibibo, and it was excellent value. Being right opposite the railway station made getting around easy. A very clean, convenient, and welcoming stay.

Hotel Palace is right beside G T road, opposite Amritsar Rail Station. The manager and staff were kind and always ready to help, and our room was spacious and tidy. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, but lots of places to eat nearby. Autos and Totos are available out front, and overnight buses to different places leave from a spot just 200 meters away. Highly recommended!
