The dark hotel passages were a real safety concern, especially for the older people and children in our family. We raised it, but nothing changed. The manager was rude and unhelpful throughout, and every concern seemed to be met with indifference. We’d booked three rooms, and none was properly cleaned. The TVs didn’t work, and repeated requests for help went nowhere. The gas geysers had stopped working because the cylinder was empty. The manager replaced it but didn’t turn on the bathroom supply, even after we pointed that out, so we ended up using heater rods for hot water. Food service was just as frustrating. Staff arrived after 8:00 AM, and tea came around 8:45 AM, even though elderly family members needed tea and breakfast early with their medication. Meals often took nearly an hour, with no warning about the wait. The food was average at best, there were no authentic Konkani delicacies on the menu, and ₹400 for eight boiled eggs, ₹50 each, felt unreasonable. There was no help with our luggage when we arrived, despite our group including elderly family members and children. This was my second stay at ONest Devrukh. The first had been excellent, so I’d confidently planned this trip with my extended family. Sadly, this visit will be my last. It’s a clear example of how standards can fall when hospitality and service stop being priorities. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The garden is lush, and the rooms were spotless. I also loved the refreshing pool and the inventive eco-friendly architecture. O’Nest Devrukh feels wonderfully connected to its natural surroundings while still being very well maintained. Mr. Peter welcomed us with a genuine smile, and Ashok the bell boy was polite and quick to make us comfortable. Everything about the stay felt top-tier. For a luxury homestay in Konkan that mixes rural charm with comfort, this is a great offbeat escape.

The food was fresh and good, and the staff were kind and well behaved. We spent three lovely days at ONest Devrukh. It’s a cozy place in a perfect location, and I’d happily visit again and again.

This was my third visit, and I’d gladly stay here again. The peaceful, convenient location and wonderful ambience made for a very pleasant night at O'nest Hotel Devrukh. After a long journey, the clean, comfortable rooms were a relaxing place to settle in. Staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. It’s an excellent choice in Devrukh for either work or leisure, and I’d strongly recommend it.

Mr. Peter and Ms. Shreya made our stay special with their helpful nature and positive approach to guests. The staff were cooperative and supportive, and the service was excellent. The ambience was great, and the food was excellent in both quality and taste. O'Nest made it a peaceful stay with warm hospitality. I’d recommend the property to my colleagues and relatives. Thanks to Mr. Peter and Ms. Shreya, it’s definitely become one of my favorite places.
