The place has large, spacious rooms and is useful for weddings or big family functions where guests need to stay. Staff were available and helpful with the other preparations. The cost is high, though, since hotels and resorts with similar room counts, even if their rooms are smaller, include food at similar rates. Diesel is charged separately too.

The staff are very nice, but the hotel is short on manpower and the service falls below par. The intercom doesn’t work, so you have to go downstairs to reception whenever you need anything. There’s no kitchen, which means arranging your own food. I booked three Deluxe rooms but was given small, ordinary AC rooms instead. At check-in, they handed me a small 15 ml moisturiser pack and a little soap, and both had expired 7-8 months earlier.

I attended a Barat ceremony here and found the premises and services adequate. The rooms were comfortable, the AC was okay, and the bathrooms were clean, though every toilet I saw was Western style and I couldn’t find an Indian style one. The power went out 4-5 times during the night, but staff stayed on their feet through it all. If you’re considering booking a ceremony, visit beforehand and see for yourself. I have no complaints.

This is a good place for marriages, with a big property, a good location, and good behaviour from the staff. It also has good cleanliness, though the bed covers need checking. The hotel lacks the professionalism you’d expect: there’s no reception number by the room intercom, and hot water wasn’t available at check-in until I asked repeatedly. My room had no chair or hanger, and there was no drinking water in it. There’s no facility for drinking water or tea, and no restaurant.
